10 lbs good ground Chuck
18 eggs
6 cups (2 lbs) Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbs chopped onions (dry)
10 Tbs cheese (Italian grated)
1 Tbs black pepper
2 Tbs salt3 Tbs garlic powder
Approximately 2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Measure 1/4 C per meatball (don’t pack).
Approximately 12 meatballs per pound

Bake 30 minutes and 350º
