Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of yeast
2 cups water (110º F)
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
6-1/2 to 7 cups of flour
1/4 cup oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften the yeast in the water (takes about 10 minutes and yeast will be mostly dissolved and starting to puff up a bit. Pour into a plastic bowl unless you're using you're bread mixer. I would still move to plastic because it tends to be warmer and will help it rise better.
2. Add sugar and salt and stir
3. Add half of flour.
4. Add whipped egg and oil. Mix well
5. Add all but 1/2 cup of rest of flour. Knead and knead adding little bits of flour if needed so it's not sticky. You know you're done kneading when you press the dough and it bounces back.
6. Let dough rise to double it's size. Needs to be in a warm spot so sometimes I place over the oven with the oven on.
7. Push the dough back down and put butter on your hands to help the dough from sticking. Form inter round balls in a 9"x13" pan or can use a cupcake pan to make clover leaf rolls (3 smaller round balls in each cup).
8. Let rise to double and then bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes. Done when top is golden brown. Smear butter over the top while hot.
