2 cans beets, drained
1/2 C sugar
1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 C water
1/4 C vinegar
2 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, water, and vinegar
Heat mixture and then add beets
When thickened, add butter and stir until melted
Let stand for an hour or so and then reheat when ready to serve
