Over Night Buns, Grandma Snedden

2 pkgs. dry yeast
½ cup warm water
2 Tbs. sugar
Mix together and let stand 10 minutes

1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 cup Crisco oil
4 cups warm water
12 to 15 cups of flour
Mix together

Add yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and warm water. Mix good. Add 2 cups of flour, mix well, then add rest of flour. Place in greased pan to rise. Mix buns 6 P.M., punch down, let raise to 9 P.M.. Punch down. 10:00---10:30 P.M. Put in a greased pan. Let rise all night. Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes about 72 buns
