½ cup safflower oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg well beaten
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp buttermilk or other milk
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped raisins
¼ cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil and sugar; add beaten egg, mix thoroughly.

Combine dry ingredients and add to oil mixture. Mix well.

Drop 1 teaspoon balls on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 º F until brown.
