Ingredients:  
2 lbs. ground beef
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
1 29 oz can kidney beans with liquid
1 29 oz can pork and beans
1 cup diced onions or leeks
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
3 med tomatoes chopped (optional - I didn't use it)
1 tsp. cumin powder
2 tbsp. chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 cups water

Brown beef and drain. Crumble up. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat. Cook stirring often for 2-3 hours.
