Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside.

In another large bowl cream together butter and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.

Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just BARELY starting to turn brown.

Let them cool for a few minutes and then put cookies on cooling rack.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can freeze cookie dough balls for later baking. I like to freeze and then bake 1 or 2 chocolate chip cookies for a dessert after dinner and eat with ice cream or eat frozen cookie dough ball for a treat.

To bake frozen cookies: Line baking pan with parchment paper and put cookies on baking sheet. Set oven to 350º and put the cookies in the oven immediately at the beginning of the pre-heating time. Cook for 15 minutes and then remove cookies, let cool for a few minutes and then put on cooling rack.
