1 C pitted dates
1 C. nuts
3 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 T. flour
Add sugar to slightly beaten egg yolks. Beat whites stiff. Mix and fold in whites last.
Directions:
Directions:
Bake in buttered pan for 30 minuntes at 350.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
