3 lbs. ground beef (80/20 mix)
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1½ cups milk
¾ cup ketchup
1½ cups crumbled soft bread crumbs
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1½ tbsp. salt
¾ tbsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Add eggs and ketchup. Soak bread crumbs in milk; then mix into beef mixture.
Place into greased casserole dish.
Cut a few slashes on top and spread with a little ketchup and a few green pepper slices.
Bake at 350º for about 1¼ hours, or until cooked through. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
