No holiday brunch is complete without an egg bake.

2½ c. stuffing croutons (like Stove Top)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1½ lbs. pork sausage (casings removed), fried and drained
4 eggs
¾ t. mustard
2½ c. milk
1 can (10¾ oz.) cream of mushroom soup
½ c. milk

Directions:

Grease a 9x13 pan REALLY well.

Spread croutons in the pan; top with cheese and then sausage.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, mustard and 2½ cups milk. Pour over the crouton, cheese and sausage.

**Cover and refrigerate overnight.**

Preheat oven to 300º.

Mix the soup and ½ c. milk in a large bowl. Spread over the egg mixture.

Bake, uncovered, for 1.5 hours or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
