1 bag of cranberries, ground
3-4 stalks of celery, chopped fine
1 cup chopped grapes
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 can crushed pineapple (use juice, not heavy syrup)
2 small pkgs lemon Jello

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, add ground cranberries and pour sugar over. Let set while chopping celery, grapes and nuts. Add pineapple (including juice) and chopped items to cranberries. Stir. Heat 2 cups water to boiling and pour over lemon Jello in separate bowl. Stir to dissolve. Add Jello to cranberry mixture. Pour into container(s) and refrigerate. Can separate into 2 containers or 1 large.

Memaw fixed this for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners every year. She would also fix cranberry sauce, because some like the salad and some liked sauce.
