1 lb ground chuck
2 slices bread
¼ C quick oats
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
½ C milk
Dried onion flakes
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pull bread apart in small pieces & place in mixing bowl. Add oatmeal, beaten egg & milk. Sprinkle liberally with onions flakes. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Work it together until mixed well. Mixture should be moist but not squishy. Here, a bit of milk can be added if needed.

Spray a small rectangular pyrex. Mold mixture into 2 loaves & place in pyrex. Cover well with tomato soup.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour. I check & sometimes bake 10 minutes longer.
