1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup butter
Frosting:
¼ cup butter
1¾ cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup peanut butter

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Press mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20- 25 minutes at 350º. For frosting: Cream butter, add 1 cup powdered sugar. Alternate the remaining powdered sugar with milk and vanilla. Mix in peanut butter. Let bars cool before frosting.
