loaf of bread

giblets/liver

1/4 lb hamburger

1/2 lb pork sausage

¾ tsp ground sage

1½ tsp salt

3 eggs

Directions:
break up a loaf of bread and put it in a sprayed pan.

Boil liver and giblets with an onion and save H2O

use meat grinder to chop giblets/onion

mix it in with pork and beef and some of the reserved water

add salt and sage and 3 eggs. mix well. add water until it is pretty runny.

Pour over the bread and the add milk slowly until a spoon stands up but slowly sinks in it. Bake at 350.
