Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Making Spritz has to be one of my favorite holidays memories from growing up. As a kid, there is a lot of fun and excitement in choosing different cookie shapes with the press. Now as an adult, I appreciate simply sitting in a warm kitchen on a cold winter day, and carrying on a tradition/recipe from Grandma Alice herself!
This picture is from my parent's visit to me in Norway in spring 2019.
