"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

12-18 corn tortillas, quartered
1-2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Mix cream of chicken soup and water. Stir well; it will be lumpy but stir as well as possible. Mix in beans. (Mixture will be about the consistancy of enchilada sauce.)

Spray 9x13inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour enough sauce mixture on the bottom of the pan just to cover. Place tortillas slightly overlapping over the sauce. Continue layering beans, chicken and cheese, finishing with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.

(We eat with steamed white rice!)
