1 - 1 T. milk, 1 tsp. butter, cook 1½ - 2½ mins. total
2 - 2 T. milk, 2 tsp. butter, cook 3-4 mins. total
4 - 4 T. milk, 4 tsp. butter, cook 6-7 mins. total
6 - 6 T. milk, 2 T. butter, cook 8½ - 9½ mins. total

Use a soup bowl or small casserole for 1-2 eggs and a 1-qt. casserole for 4-6 eggs.

Combine eggs & milk & beat with fork or whisk. Add butter & other seasonings to taste (can also add cheese). Cover with glass lid or wax paper. Microwave on medium for half the total time.

Stir to bring outside into center of dish. Re-cover & microwave on medium for remaining time. Remove from oven while still slightly moist. Let stand covered for 2 minutes. Stir with fork.

For 2 eggs & 2 T. milk, you can substitute 2 oz. cream cheese for butter. Microwave 2½ minutes @ 70% power.

Grammy used to make these for Dad and I whenever we visited. Just a nice, easy way to make scrambled eggs. Add any seasonings you like! Depending on the microwave, you may want to reduce the cooking time a little.
