8 or 10 slices bread cut in pieces
2 c. cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 t. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms ( drained)
2 lbs Italian sausage -cooked & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread, then cheese, drained sausage, then more bread, mushrooms. Mix soup, eggs milk & mustard. Pour over all. Layer mozzarella cheese, then crushed potato chips.
