2 eggs, separated
2 cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup oil

Peanut Butter Frosting:

3/4 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup evaporated milk or whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites, adding 1 teaspoon sugar at a time until stiff. In a large bowl mix flour and brown sugar. Add peanut butter, oil and 3/4 cup milk. Blend and beat 1 minute on high. Add 1/2 cup milk and egg yolks, blend and beat 1 minute on high. Fold in egg whites, gently and pour in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Ice with Peanut Butter Frosting. Mix ingredients together on cooked cake.
