1 Large (24 oz) box of shredded hash brown potatoes
1 can of cream of celery soup
½ of an 8 oz sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onion (2 to 3 onions)
salt to taste
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break up the hash browns, stir in celery soup, sour cream, onions and salt.
Stir in 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Make sure all hash browns are covered with mixture.
Spread mixture evenly in a casserole dish. Cover with the remaining 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake for 40 mins at 350ºF. Remove the foil and continue baking for 20 more minutes to brown. Enjoy
