6 oz can (3/4 c) frozen orange juice, thawed 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 t. soda 1 t. salt 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 c. raisins 1/3 c. nuts
Combine 1/2 c. of the orange juice with remaining ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes. Drizzle remaining juice on warm cake;sprinkle with topping.
