Ingredients:  
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 4 can tomatoes, Paese Mio (or 2 tall jars of home-made tomato)
• 1/2 cup dry white wine (if desired)
• 20 fresh shelled shrimps
• 20 fresh scallops
• 1 can clams, rinsed
• Salt
• 1 tablespoon parsley, basil & oregano
• 1 tablespoon sugar if desired (to remove the acidity)

Directions:

• Add onion & garlic in hot oil
• Add finely chopped tomatoes, pour in wine and bring to a boil (about 30 min.)
• Add shrimps, scallops and clams
• Simmer until seafood is cooked
• Add breadcrumbs if sauce is too liquid
• Season to taste with salt
