1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Minced garlic
46 oz Campbell's Tomato Juice
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Make up the meatballs by patting some chopped onion and garlic into each meatball.

Brown the meatballs in pan until all are brown. Remove the meatballs; put into kettle with the tomato juice. After removing meatballs, add ½ to ¾ cup water to drippings in pan. Bring to boil and add this to tomato juice and meatballs.

Then add salt, pepper and oregano to tomato sauce. Simmer all day until sauce thickens.
