Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
1/2 cup black olives, chopped fine
1 T. curry powder

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well first 5 ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll ball in chopped walnuts and place onto serving plate. Chill slightly; 15 minutes to 1/2 hour.

Serve cheese ball with crackers or thinly sliced breads/toasts. French baguette, sliced thin, is very nice with this spread.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have a neighbor with a walnut tree and he doesn't mind me "scrumping" them up for my use. In return he gets a mini loaf of nut bread each year during the Holidays. I enjoy using walnuts in recipes, and especially recipes that are not desserts.
