•4-5 lb boneless beef brisket
•2 Tbsps liquid smoke
•2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
•1 tsp onion salt
•1 tsp garlic salt
•1 tsp celery salt
•˝ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Sprinkle and rub all ingredients over brisket. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Add to a 2-gallon size size zip-top bag. Label and freeze.
2.When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
3.Keep brisket wrapped in foil and wrap a second piece of foil around meat. Place on baking sheet and bake in a 275°F oven for 5 hours.

Note: Save this one for a day you’ll be home since it has to bake 5 hours.
