For 2 pies:
3 lbs. stew meat
little salt
pepper
beef bouillon
a little water or beef broth
flour

Crust make twice for 2 pies:
2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3-5 T. ice cold water

Directions:
Put stew meat in pressure cooker with (little) salt, pepper, bouillon and broth or water. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove meat and thicken juice with a little flour.

Make crust recipe twice for 2 bottom crusts and 2 top crusts. Wrap dough and chill before rolling out. Put bottom crust in glass pie dish. Spoon in 1/2 of the meat and gravy. Put on top crust. Do the same for the second pie. Bake @ 400º for 35 min. and uncover the crust edges the last 5 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
