1 pint Lukewarm water
1 cake or pkg. dry yeast
1 T. melted shortening
1 T. salt
1T. sugar
1 egg
3 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water then add sugar, salt, shortening, egg. Mix up and add flour. Turn out on flour, and gather. Set aside to rise. Knead, then divide into loaf (unless you want one big one) and let it rise again.

Bake at 350º 35-40 min.
