1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped ( 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( 4 oz. )
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 medium tomato, sliced
3 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pie plate. Cook beef, onion and pepper over medium heat 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until brown, drain Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/ 2 cup cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, milk & eggs in bowl with wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. top with tomato, remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the bacon. Bake 5 - 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
