1 cup butter
4 egg yolks
1¾ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in sifted ingredients, alternating with sour cream mixed with baking soda. Chill dough several hours. Roll small portion of dough thin on a lightly floured board. Cut with cookie cutter shapes. Place on greased baking sheet (pan) in 400º oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool and decorate.
