1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup sugar
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; add butter and mix till blended. Press crumb mixture up sides of buttered 8 or 9 inch springform pan. Chill.
 

Cheesecake:

3 eggs
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon salt; beat until smooth. Bake in 375º oven for 45 to 50 minutes or just till set (filling will be soft). Cool. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
 

Strawberry GlazeTopping


Ingredients:

¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 package (16 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional:1 or more cups fresh halved strawberries may be used instead of frozen strawberries.

Stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add berries with syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until thick, clear, and bubbly. Add lemon juice. Cool to room temperature.
