7 to 9 c. flour
3 c. water
½ c. oil
½ c. sugar
1 T. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 T. yeast

Topping
1 c. cream
¾ c. brown sugar

Pecan topping
½ c. margarine, melted
¾ c. Karo syrup
½ c. brown sugar
¾ c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Make well with the flour and add water. Add all ingredients and sprinkle in the yeast. Work mixture with a wooden spoon until it gets too hard then finish working it by hand. Cover dough and let rise.

Work dough four times, 15 minutes a part. Divide into four parts. Roll dough about ½ inch thick. Brush with margarine, sprinkling sugar and cinnamon on top and roll out. Cut into 1 to 1½ strips. Put 12 rolls in a pan and let raise one hour.

Mix cream and brown sugar and pour over rolls about 15 minutes before cooking. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.

Pecan topping
Mix together and put in bottom of the pan, then add the rolls. Let raise one hour then bake like the caramel rolls.
