1st Layer:
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pretzels
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
9 x12 pan. Bake 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool

2nd Layer:
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz) Cool Whip

3rd Layer:
1 lg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. partially thawed berries.

Chill after each layer.
