1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3 1/2 cups flowur
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add in pecans flour, baking soda and salt.
Divide dough into (2) logs. Rap in wax paper and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Slice 1/4 thick slices and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes. Cookies will be nice and crisp. They stay good forever!!
