1 lb. young spinach 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. paprika 1 T finely grated onion 1 T toasted sesame seeds
Wash spinach and chill. Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to boil. Remove from heat . Pour into jar. Add oil, salt, paprika and onion. Mix well and chill. Tear spinach into bit size peices. Add enough dressing to coat;add sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
