1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first five ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to first mixture. Roll dough into small balls the size of walnuts. Roll each ball in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º or until desired level of browning occurs.
