1/2 c. butter
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
2 egs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Add corns and cornbread to melted butter and mix gently. Add eggs and mix with fork. Drop sour cream by teaspoon. Sprinkle cheese over. Bake 350 for 40 45 minutes.
