1 head of ice berg lettuce chopped
1 bunch spring onions chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 lb frozen peas
1/2 bacon (cooked and chopped)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped or sliced boiled eggs

2 cups mayonaise
2 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

slice olives optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the mayo, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add half of the veggie mix to a 9/13 pan.
3. Spread half of the mayo mixture evenly.
4. Repeat.
5. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped boiled eggs.
6. Add more salt and pepper as needed.
