Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 or 5 peeled russet potatoes
4 spring/green onions
10 boiled eggs
1 cup Miricle Whip
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dijon or spicy mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil peeled potatoes in one pan, boil eggs in another. Start both with cold water.
2. Once tender drain and cool potatoes.
3. The eggs need to be on full rolling boil for 3 minutes, then turn burner off completly, cover the pan with a lid and let sit 10 minutes. Drain water and fill pan with cold water to cool eggs so you can peel them.
4. Cube cooled potatoes and eggs, gently place in a bowl. I usually put this in the fridge so the bowl will get cold too.
5. Mix the Miricle Whip, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a dish.
6. Chop up the onions.
7. Gently combine the Miricle Whip mixture with the potatoes and eggs.
8. Sprinkly and very lightly mix in the onions.
9. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Paprika is a nice add in if you like, sprinkle some on top.

Personal Notes:
This dish you have to adjust. You might need more of the Miricle Whip mix, you might need less. Some people don't like eggs, some like a lot of eggs.

My grandma did not really have a recipe, she just made it up as she went.
