2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg chopped frozen broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and celery in butter until clear and golden. Add drained broccoli.

Mix: 1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese.
Bring these three to a boil.

Mix 2 cups boiling water with 2 cups Minute Rice and let sit 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients; put in casserole and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
