Pastry for 9" pie
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
½ cup milk
1 6 oz package frozen crabmeat, thawed and drained*
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Line a 9" quiche dish with pastry. Trim excess pastry around edges. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork. Bake at 400º for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prickº with a fork. Bake and additional 5 minutes.


Reduce oven to 350º. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, flour and milk; mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 1 9" quiche.
