1/2 C. minced onion
2 T. butter
1 lb. ground beef or sirloin steak
1 clove minced garlic
2 T. flour
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom
1 c. sour cream
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in all ingredients except soup and sour cream. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over chow mein noodles.
