Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/8 cup bread flour
1 1/8 cup all purpose flour
3/8 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry milk in a box
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/8 cup water and 1 egg
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Topping:
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter room temperature
about 1/8 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all top ingredients in bread making machine, adding yeast in the top compartment. Choose the dough setting. After dough is done, cut dough in half. Use either round cake pans or 7 by 11 square pans. Grease the pans and roll out the two halves, placing in the pans. It will be springy and not want to hit the edges. Do the best you can. Cover with Press and Seal. Let rise on the counter until it has doubled in size. Remove wrap and bake at 375 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Annette's tips:
I push the tops of the coffee cakes down kind of flat when they are hot out of the oven to make the surface flatter vs rounder. I mix twice the toppings together because I don't think they give enough for the toppings. Crumble the mixed toppings over each coffee cake and slightly drizzle with the milk to help it stick better. I melt my butter to help it stick better. Can freeze for several months or eat the next morning.
