1 lb ground beef
3 medium potatoes
1 can soup (mushroom soup was the original recipe, Annette uses cheddar cheese soup.)
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Put ground beef, potatoes, cheddar cheese soup and milk in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 for about an hour or or until potatoes can be cut with a fork. Salt to taste.

Tips from Annette:
Mom used to make this with cream of mushroom soup. We prefer cheddar cheese soup. If you want to make it bigger, eye ball the amount of beef and potatoes to equal amounts. You can also use baking potatoes, which I did. It was easier with my arthritis to use big bakers. Cover while cooking.
