Grandma's Fudge Recipe

9 cups sugar
8 tbsp. heaping cocoa
2 cups canned evaporated milk (little extra for good measure)
1 bag Hershey milk chocolate bits
2 (18 oz.) jars Marshmallow Fluff

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to kettle.

2. Stir and stir and stir until smooth.

3. Bring to FULL boil. (A boil you cannot stir away.)

4. Boil 6 minutes.

5. Drop a drop of the chocolate mixture in a cup of cold water. If chocolate holds together it is ready. If not – keep cooking.

6. If ready, add 1 bag Hershey milk chocolate bits; mix until melted.

7. Add Marshmallow Fluff; mix well.

8. Pour mixture into butter greased cake pan.

9. Mark fudge with knife for cutting. (Run knife through top to put lines in it.)
