1 bag Dry Green Peas
1 Ham Steak - cubed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Veg-All
1 Small Onion - diced
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse peas and put into large stock pot.
Cover peas with water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 1 hour.
Add hambone and ham cubes.
Add salt, pepper, and onion.
Add water as needed.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add tomatoes and Veg-All.
Simmer another 30 minutes.
