2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a medium bowl stir peanut butter and sugars until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet.
Dip fork in white sugar and press in cross cross on the top of ball
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Enjoy!
