1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
6 green onions - chopped
some green pepper - chopped
parsley
salt and pepper

Pour above mixture over carrots and let stand overnight. Use canned whole (not sliced) carrots. Two pine jars. Can use 3 cans (15 oz each.) carrots, drained.
