1 Box White Cake Mix
Ingredients as directed on cake mix
1 t almond extract

Filling
2 c confectionary sugar
8 oz sour cream (2 pkgs)
12 oz frozen coconut thawed
Flake coconut if desired



Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake (adding 1 t almond extract) & bake per directions in 2 round pans. When cool slice each layer to make 2 layers a total of four.

Filliing
Mix frozen coconut, sour cream and confectionary sugar. Take 1 cup of mixture and fold it into 2 cups of cool whip. This will be your icing. Spread remaining mixture between the four layers as you stack them. Frost the cake with cool whip mixture.
