Yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can madarine oranges (drain)

Mix and bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
Cool completely.

15 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple (drain)
small pkg of vanilla pudding
Mix the above together. Then fold in medium carton of Cool Whip.
