1 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
1 Tbs salt
4 Tbs butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
3 envelopes yeast
6 or 7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and butter and sugar to boiling water. Allow to cool.
Dissolve yeast in warmed milk and a dash of sugar and add to butter and sugar mixture.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour until it leaves the spoon (use mixer and beat well).
Transfer dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl and let rise 90 minutes
Punch down and form into rolls. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375º for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned.
Brush with melted butter.
